No returns or exchanges on earrings and evening bags. If the item is faulty please get in touch with us - fill in the form below.

We do not give refunds if you change your mind. Please choose items carefully. In this case we offer:

Items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase in-store or 30 days of purchase online.

If exchanging items in-store please show our staff proof of purchase.

All items returned or exchanged to Only Love AJ must be in their original sale condition (not worn or used) and have original packaging and tags.

 

We will cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of our errors (received incorrect item or faulty item).
