Items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase in-store or 30 days of purchase online. If exchanging items in-store please show our staff proof of purchase. If exchanging online please get in touch with us - fill in the form below.

All items returned or exchanged to Only Love AJ must be in their original sale condition (not worn or used) and have original packaging and tags.

 

We will cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of our errors (received incorrect item or faulty item).

We ship via Australia Post. All orders qualify for free shipping on purchases of $100 and over within Australia.

$10 flat rate shipping fee for domestic (within Australia)

$15 flat rate shipping fee for international
